RETURNS: If you would like to make a return, just contact me within 14 days of receiving your package.
Then, you must ship your package back to me at your expense.

RETURNED MAIL: I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided was incorrect.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
It is possible to have the package re-shipped once the jewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address,
and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.

SHIPPING: All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order.
SaliJewelry is not responsible for packages sent to wrong addresses. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct before finish the purchase.
