RETURNS: If you would like to make a return, just contact me within 14 days of receiving your package.
Then, you must ship your package back to me at your expense.

RETURNED MAIL: I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:

2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
It is possible to have the package re-shipped once the jewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address,
and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.

SHIPPING: All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order.
