Then, you must ship your package back to me at your expense.
The jewelry undergoes careful inspection when it leaves the studio. If ever an item arrives damaged, please inform me within 24 hours.
RETURNED MAIL: I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided was incorrect.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
It is possible to have the package re-shipped once the jewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address,
and you will need to pay re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.
SHIPPING: All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order.
